Nancy Harbron began her Peaceful Pottery® Ministry in 2000, after several
years of developing her skills in pottery-making. With a prayerful desire to
dedicate her life to serving God and sharing the Gospel, the Lord blessed
Nancy with a unique ministry. By using her gift of public speaking along with her
artistic talents, Nancy has been faithful to present His Word to others in a
beautifully, illustrative way. The result is a three-part seminar entitled, “God is
the Master Potter.” Throughout the seminar, Nancy relates scripture to
producing pottery on the potter’s wheel. She has developed scalable seminars
for adults, singles, women and children.
Nancy has helped many to learn through God’s Word that He has a purpose for
each of us. She shows through her creative use of the potter’s wheel, that He
prepares shapes and finishes us to serve Him according to His purpose.
Nancy loves the Lord, loves to laugh, and loves to be with His people. As a
speaker, her enthusiasm and deep love for the Savior is inspiring. In 2001,
Nancy took her seminars on the road first to Uganda, East Africa. She delivered
God’s message to adults in Kampala, as well as a children’s Vacation Bible
School, and touched several more people via a popular radio program.
Through God's rich blessings, word traveled about the unusual visual way to
help others understand the abundant grace of our Lord. Now a nation-wide
speaker, Nancy has taught several lessons on God, the Master Potter, Jesus
the Bread of Life, and Handling Stress the Biblical Way at several retreats and
special days of worship.
Born and raised in Grand Blanc, Michigan, Nancy is a graduate of the University
of Michigan. Nancy has led a very diverse professional career with Electronic
Data Systems, and recently transferred to HP Enterprise Systems. It was in
1994, when Nancy was moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, that she realized God
was calling her to a life of change. God continued to stretch and shape her life
to be more centered in His will. The result was greater inner peace,
satisfaction and contentment. Considering herself a very blessed woman,
Psalms 23:5 “my cup overflows,” became her favorite description of God’s
blessings. With the greatest blessing being “peaceful living,” the ministry
Peaceful Pottery® was has been a natural way to serve the Lord.
